COMEDK UGET 2016 is national level entrance exam for admission into MBBS, BDS and B.E course.
Candidates need to register online by applying online application form. Candidates can send of Request for Application (RFA) which has information about the application form in proper way. Candidates may access Application form through https://www.comedk.org/UGRFA. Candidates can enter below given details in mandatory for admission in RFA.
Candidates Name: – Candidates have to enter your name which is mentioned in the 10th class certificate.
Date of Birth: – Candidates need to select or enter DOB in this format DD/MM/YYYY.
Course Name: – Select MBBS/BDS for Medical/Dental or B.E for Engineering or both for Medical/Dental and Engineering.
Upload Photo Id Proof: – Candidates have to upload their scanned photocopy of any valid proof such as Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, School / College Photo ID
Enter Number of Photo ID Proof: – Candidates must have to mention their ID Proof number which is given on ID proof.
Email ID: – Candidates have to enter your valid Email ID which will be used for registration purpose.
Mobile Number: – Candidates can enter your valid 10 digits Mobile number which is working regularly because information about the COMEDK UGET 2016 may be given through SMS.
Candidates can click on ‘CONFIRM’ button after confirm all details. Candidates will receive username and password on email ID and SMS on Mobile. Candidates have to login by entering username and password and enter other required information. Candidates will be activated after submission of Request for Application (RFA). Now candidates need to enter their required details in Online Application Form.
Candidates have to mention their education details, personal details, Exam center and other details. Candidates must have to upload their Photograph, Signature, Left thumb Impression in JPG format. Candidates can take a print out in A4 size paper. Candidates must have to send the application form and Demand Draft to below given address

Candidates can pay their fee through Demand Draft in favour of “COMEDK” and payable at Bangalore. Candidates need to deposit Rs.1200/- for three subjects i.e. MBBS/BDS or BE. Candidates who want to appear in all exams they have to pay Rs.1500/ – for the four subjects.
