Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT) is updating the information about the CUSAT CAT 2016 Eligibility which is most important for candidates who want to appear in the examination for admission into Engineering, Medical, Agricultural and other courses in CUSAT campuses. CUSAT is conducting CUSAT Common Admission Test (CAT) 2016 for academic session 2016. Eligibility will be describing important terms and conditions that are required to full fill for appearing in CUSAT CAT 2016.
Candidates who will be satisfied all eligibility condition those candidates will eligible for the admission process in Cochin University. Every candidate has to go through eligibility before filling their application form. Application form will be rejected if CUSAT will be found that she/ he are not CUSAT CAT B.Tech 2016 eligibility for admission. For various courses eligibility criteria will be different which is mentioned below and get complete details.
Candidates should process 12th class or any equivalent examination from a recognized board along with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. Candidates must have minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and an aggregate of total marks of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry 50% marks.
B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology
Candidates have passed 12th class or its equivalent examination with 55% marks in Mathematics.
Candidates have secured an aggregate of 60% marks of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects.
Appearing in 12th class they should also eligible for admission.
B.Tech in Marine Engineering
Candidates who want to appear that age must not be above 25 years as on 1st September 2016.
Candidates have passed 12th class with 50% marks from recognized board such as State board, CBSE, ICSE board.
Candidates must have minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics & 60% marks in the total marks of subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
B.Tech. in Naval Architecture & Ship Building
Minimum 60% marks are required in 12th class or its equivalent examination from recognized board.
Candidates must be secured a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
