Lucknow University MBA Application Form 2017

All of the students will be able to get admission in DBA & IMS centers for MBA Course by appearing in the entrance exam which will be conducting at various exam centers in all over India. Students can apply online on Lucknow University official website.

Before applying for the examination, the student must have to read the eligibility criteria and term conditions. All students can register themselves by filling the valid Email-id and Mobile Number. Students will be able to get Application Form Number on it and login to account.

Students need to fill the LUMAT Application Form carefully by entering the asked details (student, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category, Mobile Number, Email Address etc.) which are mandatory for filling the admission form. All students have to select the name of examination center which is nearest for you.

The student can upload a scanned passport size Photograph and Signature in JPEG/JPG format. The size of the photo should be less than 100kb and 50kb for signature. Students can submit the form and complete the registration process.

Once you will submit the form, a Unique Registration Number and Password will be sent to you through SMS and on the email id. Students must have to take a printout of application form for future reference.

Finally, the student will have to take a printout of filled Application Form and will have to send the application form along with signature and self-attested photograph to the university address.

LUMAT 2017 Application Form Fee

After completing the application form, students have to pay the Application Fee through online/ offline mode. The application fee is Rs. 1,000/- for students who belongs to General and OBC category students and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST students.

The application fee can be filled through Online by using Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card option of any bank or by cash also at any of the ICICI Bank Branches along with the hard copy of the challan.
